The 2025 -2026 membership year of the Portland Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Council (WP&BC) begins on July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026
The Western Pension & Benefits Council, Portland Chapter is comprised of professionals whose experience lies in the dynamic and constantly-changing atmosphere of employee benefits. We sponsor three quarterly meetings addressing topics of value. In addition, as a topic or speaker is of immediate interest, we offer pop up meetings. 

WP&BC strives to create an environment where pension & benefits professionals can expand their knowledge, share their ideas and socialize with new and old colleagues, whether their expertise lies in plan design, investments, compliance, law, administration, insurance or auditing. Over the years, our Chapter has maintained a wealth of pension & benefits expertise in many fields of our trade and hope that our members may serve as resources for one another.

Membership Benefits:



  • Free or discounted registration for most Portland Chapter social and educational events, including webinars, that address topics of value and provide continuing education credits.

  • WP&BC Governing Board webinars at member rates.

  • Member pricing for our annual Spring Conference.  

  • Networking with specialists and plan sponsors.

    Individual Membership Pricing:


     
  • Individual membership pricing is $200 per year (July 1 to June 30).

    Group Membership Pricing:

     

  • A discounted membership fee of $100 per person is available for organizations with 10 or more members.

  • A discounted membership fee of $150 per person is available for organizations with 5-9 members.

  • Please contact us to sign-up for a group membership.
     

    Your membership is valuable to us. It is through your commitment to success and excellence that the WP&BC Portland Chapter remains one of the most useful resources for pension and benefits professionals locally as well as the industry as a whole.  

    Instructions for Group Memberships

    If your company is joining under the Group Membership option, here’s how it works in ClubExpress:

    1. Primary Member Signs Up

      • One person from your organization should register first as the Primary Member (Group Administrator) and pay the $150 or $100 membership fee.

    2. Add Additional Members

      • Once the Primary Member’s account is active, log in and go to:

        • Profile → Additional Members → Add Member

      • Enter the names and email addresses of your colleagues to include in the group.

      • Each person added will generate a $150 or $100 membership fee.

    3. Repeat Until Your Group Is Complete

      • You must add at least 4 more members (minimum of 5 total or minimum of 10 total).

      • You can add up to 9 total members in your group or 10 and over.

    4. Each Member Gets Full Benefits

      • All group members receive their own login, access to event discounts, and full member benefits.

    Tip: If you prefer, you can email info@wpbcportland.org with your list of members (names + emails), and we’ll help set up your group membership.
